There have been many times of late where we have had cause to reflect on what The Guest Experience means to us.

Although standards may be measured and awards won, we have come to realise that the perfect guest experience cannot be absolutely defined. For it is entirely dependent on the guest, each with needs as unique as their fingerprints. We need to continuously read our environments to ensure that our properties and experiences reflect what is truly expected and desired in a dynamic and ever changing world. We need to understand and appreciate the stuff that real people’s dreams are made of.
