MORE Private Travel News – May 2018 Edition

If this newsletter has caught you staring into the middle distance, daydreaming of distant places, perhaps its time to plan a holiday?

At MORE Private Travel, we make it as easy as packing your bags – we’ll take care of the rest for you. Flights, transfers, accommodations, meals, activities – tick, tick, tick, tick and tick! All with the MORE touch of luxury.

In case you need a little more convincing, our travel promotions combine MORE’s lodges and hotels in prime locations for you to experience the best Southern Africa has to offer – while saving you money. Click here to view all current promotions.

Our favourite of the moment is the MORE Private Travel Exclusive River Lodge Launch promotion – we can’t wait for you to experience the new River Lodge, completing our Lion Sands’ offering. She is more than we could have envisioned in our wildest dreams! Click through for a visual journey…

On our recent Private Travel Team trip to River Lodge for the unveiling, I got a bit more of a taste of the wild life than I bargained for 😅 See the whole thing here…

Holiday time is often family time, when we close laptops and put down phones to connect with each other. Our most family-friendly properties, Madikwe Safari Lodge and Marataba South Africa, are conveniently linked by Mara-Dikwe Air Taxi and pst: you could get your flights for free! Click here…

In other exciting news from the lodges, Marataba Trails Lodge becomes Marataba Mountain Lodge, redefined as a traditional safari. The trails, which originally defined the offering, are now a stand-alone, specialist walking experience. We’re looking forward to welcoming you, and for guests travelling to the lodge before 17 December 2018 we’ll include a complimentary Marataba Trail Experience, valued at R850pp – our treat!

The holidays are also ideal for planning a wedding (or elopement), and why not combine your honeymoon in one? A destination bush wedding is not only thrilling – who knows, some resident wildlife might turn up as guests – but a whole lot easier to organise. Read why…

And for your wedding night, might we suggest a Treehouse hideout for two?

Finally, it is our people along with the spectacular natural locations in which we operate that allow us to create such life-enriching experiences for our guests. In our continued effort to help conserve these environments, we have committed to #NoMoreStraws – one of the single-use plastics wreaking havoc with our plant – by removing them from all our lodges and hotels. But together, we can do so much more – will you join us and #BeMoreConscious?

We hope to hear from you soon and, until next time, happy travels!

Charmaine
