our Impact
This initiative enhances our team’s health awareness, boosts morale and productivity, while extending valuable healthcare access to family and community members who might otherwise lack such opportunities.

Shaping the future of field guides
The MORE Field Guide College provides a comprehensive one-year Guide & Trails course to four candidates annually. Candidates are selected from within MORE Family Collection and/or from local communities bordering the Lion Sands Sabi Sand, Lion Sands Kruger National Park and Marata Game Reserve properties. The July 2024 intake has launched with enthusiasm, welcoming Bricks Brilliant Mabuza from Lion Sands Kruger National Park and Divine Mpilo Mashaba from Lion Sands Sabi Sand. Both trackers are embracing this opportunity to elevate their skills and deepen their conservation knowledge.
Nurturing wildlife guardians By sponsoring four students annually we’re not just investing in individual careers, we’re cultivating a new generation of skilled field guides who will enhance our guest experiences, contribute to conservation efforts, and serve as ambassadors for sustainable tourism in their communities.
