Kosher Dining
Our kosher offering ensures complete peace of mind without compromising quality or variety. River Lodge features a dedicated kosher kitchen while Ivory Lodge offers a dedicated and accredited kosher kitchen. Both facilities include separate cookware, utensils and storage for meat and dairy. All ingredients are certified kosher from Beth Din-approved suppliers, with options for private Mashgiach supervision and kosher meals served throughout the lodge.
