Cuisine here reflects where you are - the Waterberg setting, seasonal shifts, and the creativity of chefs who understand that food tastes different when wilderness surrounds the table. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients become meals that feel inseparable from the landscape inspiring them.
Wilderness Dining
Breakfast might unfold on the deck as wildlife moves through morning mist. Lunch keeps things light after morning game drives. Dinner transforms depending on weather and mood: refined plated service when mountain storms roll in, or boma fires under clear Waterberg skies when stars demand attention.
Bush picnics, surprise sundowner stops, and lantern-lit dinners happen in locations that make the meal unforgettable - proving that sometimes where you eat matters as much as what you eat.

Kosher dining
Safari Lodge offers gourmet kosher cuisine freshly prepared in a dedicated kitchen with separate meat and dairy areas. All ingredients are sourced from Beth Din-approved suppliers, with cookware and utensils kept separate to maintain kosher standards.
Guests can choose to self-supervise meal preparation or arrange for a supervising Mashgiach. Whether observing dietary requirements or preferring kosher preparation, meals maintain quality and variety throughout your stay.
