Kingsby Senoamali
GENERAL MANAGER: SALES AND REVENUE - MORE Collection Journeys

My first flight in a small aircraft over the Okavango Delta remains one of my most memorable travel experiences. Over more than two decades in the industry, I've been fortunate to explore Southern and East Africa extensively, from climbing the dunes of Namibia and canoeing on the Lower Zambezi to snorkelling for the first time in the Bazaruto Archipelago. There's always somewhere new to discover, and given the chance, I'd happily pack my bags for another East African adventure.

Ashley Qwabe
Journey Operations Manager

One of my favourite travel memories is waking early at Santorini in Mozambique and walking along its private beach as local fishermen began their day. My 14 years with MORE Collection have given me the opportunity to explore some remarkable African destinations. I particularly enjoy recommending Africa's quieter, more remote places to first-time visitors, where they can escape the demands of everyday life, reconnect with nature and spend quality time with the people they love.

One of my most remarkable safari experiences was seeing four of the Big Five at once while out on a game drive with colleagues. Only the leopard was missing! After 15 years in the travel industry, I still find great satisfaction in helping guests plan their African adventures. I enjoy getting to know each guest, understanding their interests and paying attention to the smallest details. For me, it's about creating a journey that reflects the individual, with every element thoughtfully planned.

Stargazing at Azura on Benguerra Island, with the sound of the ocean and more stars than I'd ever seen, remains one of my favourite travel memories. With 17 years of experience in travel and hospitality, including my time with MORE Collection since 2018, I've developed a deep appreciation for the experiences that make each destination special. I enjoy sharing that knowledge with guests, helping them explore their options and preparing them for everything their journey has in store.

Watching the sun set over the Zambezi River from a boat, with a cold local beer in hand, is one of my favourite travel memories. Since joining MORE Collection in 2016, I've developed extensive knowledge of Southern Africa's destinations and experiences. Whether it's a safari, a scenic hiking trail or a great restaurant in the city, I enjoy sharing my recommendations and helping guests discover more of what each destination has to offer.

There's nothing quite like the anticipation of an early-morning game drive, never knowing what nature has in store. One of my most memorable experiences was a bush walk that brought me face to face with a rhino. With 14 years of experience in travel and hospitality, I love creating itineraries that reflect each guest's interests, whether it's a romantic bush and beach honeymoon or a family safari adventure. Helping guests discover the extraordinary diversity of Southern Africa is what makes my work so rewarding.
