The Mack & Madi Experience
While you relax, we'll keep your young explorers entertained with milkshake sundowners, scavenger hunts, baking with a chef, beading, photography, and animal tracking with field guides. Every child receives their own backpack or cap, games, and gifts, with child-friendly meals throughout your stay. Between twice-daily game drives, kids choose adventures whilst parents enjoy the spa or down time.
Discover the Owl House – Tinga Lodge’s dedicated play area where children aged 6+ explore, create and connect with nature under the care of our experienced team. Children 10+ are welcome at Ivory Lodge and River Lodges, while Fish Eagle Residence and Hinkwenu Residence accept children of all ages. Narina Lodge welcomes children 16+.
Besides the tasteful luxury, knowledgeable guide and remarkable tracker, I think the most truly “luxurious” part for us was your wonderful kids programme, and the time off this gave us to truly relax. Our kids loved every minute of their time there.
The children receive spoils of backpacks, caps and treats and the whole family receive welcome letters and personalised water bottles.
This was one of the most wonderful and magical experiences we had as a family (and we had just gotten back from a Disney Cruise! but this topped it!) Everything was carefully and lovingly crafted and personalized for our family, our 6 kids were always happy to go on every safari drive because of the connection they established with our guide and spotter who were absolutely amazing!!
